报告摘要:Since the global outbreak of COVID-19, the COVID-19 disease caused by the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 has had an unprecedented spread and continue to cause an increasing number of fatalities worldwide. Predicting the transmission dynamics of the novel coronavirus and access the efficacy of control strategies presents us a great challenge. In this talk I shall introduce multiple data related to the epidemic data, which help us effectively investigate transmission dynamics of COVID-19. Then I summarize our work on early/long-term predictions, efficacy of control measures, and impacts of limitation of medical resources, mass media on transmission dynamics, by fitting the proposed model to the multi-source data. Then, I shall investigate how we combine the network dynamic models with the big data of population movement to study the impact of resumption of work and population flow on the possible second outbreak, and investigate the optimal reopening strategy during COVID-19 pandemic.

报告人简介:肖燕妮 西安交通大学bwin必赢副院长、数学与生命科学交叉研究中心主任、博士生导师。主要从事数据和问题驱动的传染病动力学的研究。 参与完成了国家“十一五”、“十二五”和“十三五”科技重大专项艾滋病领域的建模研究。与北京同仁医院和中国军事医学科学院合作完成了医院感染动力学的研究。主持国家自然科学基金4项,其中重点项目1项。2017年至今任中国生物数学专业委员会副主任,2020年起任国务院第八届学科评议组成员(数学)。
